Cure Tooth Decay: Heal and Prevent Cavities with Nutrition by Ramiel Nagel and Timothy Gallagher
Great introduction into diet and its relation to tooth decay and some wonderful advise on how to heal cavities naturally. It had a lot of great information that put me on the right track in my research that ultimately led to my healing a cavity naturally with great successful!
Gut and Psychology Syndrome (GAPS diet) by Natasha Campbell-McBride
This book is a game changer for anyone suffering from chronic mental illness and/or digestive disorder. A MUST READ for anyone dealing with food intolerance or leaky gut issues. And similarly, for individuals suffering from Autism, ADHD, depression and more.
Cannot say enough good things about this book. If your child is dealing with the 4-As or they make you nervous, this is a great introduction on some causes and cure.

This book has amazing reviews in natural circles and is next on my to read list!
A good introduction into some important health concepts. Dr. Josh Axe’s website is also a good place to start research.

This one is so good it deserves its own category! Definitely A MUST READ! Nonviolent Communication teaches you techniques to transform conflicts in every day life into peaceful conversations.

This book is one of my favorites and a must read for all parents of young children. Laura Markham’s blog, is also a gem not to be missed. A MUST READ!
Brain Rules for Baby (from zero to five) by John Medina
Wonderful book for someone new to gentle parenting. It is research based and very logical. I love to recommend this book to dads. Note the title is a bit misleading, the book has nothing to do with rules or activities, its more about brain development and how to maximize it through our interactions with our small children.
The Baby Bond: The New Science Behind What’s Really Important When Caring for Your Baby by Linda Folden Palmer
This book covers a lot of baby topics, from first foods to co-sleeping and more. It made a huge impact on me…I learned a lot to say the least. This is a great book, but it is also intense!

This is one of my favorite books. It will transform your relationship with your children, partner and everyone around you by helping you understand the critical importance of perspective. It is a difficult read and you have to approach it with an open mind. A MUST READ!

This book gave me a ton of insight into executive function and its importance to success in life. It dives into socioeconomic issue as they apply to education, and in doing so allows you to build a more clear path for success for your child.
