Ingredients:
- 1/2 cauliflower
- 4 small cucumbers
- Half a bunch of parsley
- Three green onions
- 1/2 to 1 cup green olives
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- 1-2 tsp lemon juice
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- In a food processor (something like this one) use a shredding disc to shred the cauliflower.
- Chop cucumbers, parsley, olives and green onions into small pieces.
- Mix olive oil, salt and lemon juice.
- Combine all ingredients.
